Anxiety Therapy

Sometimes we suffer from anxiety due to life conditions, but other times we just wake up one day and realise we’re no longer coping.  I help you get to the bottom of your fears.

My Approach & Philosophy

I believe we all have the ability to heal and grow.  My approach assumes your own inner wisdom will guide you on the path to freedom and health.  

Although I have clinical skills and high-level knowledge of psychology, I consider our work together to be a collaboration.  That means respecting your feelings and listening to your feedback about the direction you intuitively want to follow.

I use hypnosis and cognitive behaviour therapy, which are both scientifically proven approaches to mental well-being.

Most importantly, a person-centred approach is always at the heart of my work with clients.  

You will be encouraged to feel safe and still step out of your comfort zone enough to make progress and reach your personal goals.
